AgroAlgo 9.50 Gold is the Portfolio's XAUUSD strategy sold on its own, with the same settings and built-in model. It has its own licence: a Gold purchase does not unlock the other Portfolio markets, and Portfolio owners already have the gold strategy, so they do not need to buy it.

Download the Gold edition file from the client area (not a Portfolio file), install it on one XAUUSD chart, and add every demo or live MT5 account number you intend to use to your Gold broker seats. In MetaTrader 5, allow WebRequest for https://synapselicensing.com so the EA can check its licence. Run Gold or the Portfolio's gold EA on an account, not both.

You need a computer or VPS that keeps MetaTrader 5 and its internet connection running. A VPS is not sold with the product, but it is the usual way to provide continuous uptime.

Install one EA instance on each canonical supported symbol. Add every demo or live MT5 account number you intend to use to your client-area broker seats. On first installation the EA may remain waiting until a new market tick arrives. Broker symbols must resolve to the canonical supported market. Confirm the broker naming and contract before relying on an installation. The interactive installation guide at /guide includes a suffix helper. Contact support if the mapping is unclear.

No. Portfolio and Synthetics are separate products, purchases, entitlements and evidence sets.

The current evidence record shows AgroAlgo 9.50 historical MT5 backtests for DEX 1500 UP, Range Break 100, Crash 1000, Boom 1000 and DEX 600 UP. Crash 300 is not supported in 9.50. Only explicitly supported product files and symbols should be used.

No. The Portfolio and Synthetics graphs are historical MetaTrader 5 backtests. They can differ materially from live execution and do not guarantee future performance.

Maximum drawdown is the largest peak-to-trough decline measured inside the stated backtest. It is historical, depends on the exact test and risk settings, and is not a cap on future loss.

The published AgroAlgo 9.50 Portfolio evidence measures the default Swing configuration. Standard behavior may respond differently to broker sessions, economic-calendar conditions and operating controls. No Standard-mode performance result is inferred from the Swing replay.

MetaTrader 5 blocks Expert Advisor web requests until you allow them. Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", add https://synapselicensing.com exactly as written (https, no trailing slash), press OK, then re-attach the EA. The running account number must also be added as a broker seat in the client area. The interactive installation guide at /guide walks through this step.

Each eligible EA product purchase may be licensed on up to three MetaTrader broker account numbers at a time. Seats can be managed and transferred from the client area.

Each AgroAlgo 9.50 EA has its model built in and downloads nothing after you install it. New versions are published as new EA files in the client area; you replace the file and reattach it. Availability, entitlement and historical evidence remain separate facts.

A full refund may be requested within seven days only if the software has not been activated on any MetaTrader broker account. Once licensed, downloadable software purchases are final. Duplicate charges, unresolved non-delivery and unauthorized charges are handled under the full Refund Policy.

A linked, unblocked client who owns the AgroAlgo Portfolio can receive or retain the AgroAlgo Client role. Giveaway and Synthetics ownership do not assign that role. Linking is recommended because future products and services may use the same account connection.

If you already have Nature Theory, access is invite-only on TradingView. Send the published support channel your proof of purchase and TradingView username so access can be granted manually.
