  • Starts from your chart history

    When it is attached live, each 9.50 EA is built to take its starting history from your broker's chart data instead of rebuilding weeks of history from ticks; only the newest few bars are topped up from ticks. In our tests the FX, metals and Giveaway EAs started from chart data (the tester does not provide the tick top-up). On Deriv the tester's chart history was too short, so the Synthetics tests built their history from ticks; the chart-data start on Deriv has not yet been observed live.

  • Finds your broker's symbol name

    Suffixes and prefixes such as .m, .pro, micro and .cash are recognised automatically, as are the Deriv synthetic names. If a chart symbol is not supported, the EA takes no trades and says exactly what to type.
