The refreshed records use the exact AgroAlgo 9.30 engine and current Deriv MT5 history. They are decision evidence with visible constraints, not a live performance feed.

Run Deriv MetaTrader 5 on a continuously connected computer or VPS and verify the exact supported symbol names before installation.
Execution, spread, platform uptime and market behavior can materially change results.
Only the explicitly published supported indices are represented by the evidence.

Before you purchase

01Which Synthetics statistics are currently published?

The current evidence record shows refreshed AgroAlgo 9.30 historical MT5 backtests for DEX 1500 UP, Range Break 100, Crash 300, Crash 1000, Boom 1000 and DEX 600 UP. Only explicitly supported product files and symbols should be used.

02Does the Portfolio include Synthetics?

No. Portfolio and Synthetics are separate products, purchases, entitlements and evidence sets.

03Are the published graphs live trading results?

No. The Portfolio and Synthetics graphs are historical MetaTrader 5 backtests. They can differ materially from live execution and do not guarantee future performance.

04Do I need a VPS?

You need a computer or VPS that keeps MetaTrader 5 and its internet connection running. A VPS is not sold with the product, but it is the usual way to provide continuous uptime.

05Why does license validation fail to connect?

MetaTrader 5 blocks Expert Advisor web requests until you allow them. Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", add https://synapselicensing.com exactly as written (https, no trailing slash), press OK, then re-attach the EA. The running account number must also be added as a broker seat in the client area. The interactive installation guide at /guide walks through this step.

06What is the refund policy?

A full refund may be requested within seven days only if the software has not been activated on any MetaTrader broker account. Once licensed, downloadable software purchases are final. Duplicate charges, unresolved non-delivery and unauthorized charges are handled under the full Refund Policy.
